A Cosy Central Brixham Home with On Street Parking
Welcome to the Little House Behind The Harbour, our much-loved seaside holiday home in Brixham in the heart of the English Riviera! A picturesque harbour town surrounded by stunning beaches, Brixham makes the ideal base for exploring all that Devon and the South West has to offer.
The house is a bright and colourful 3 bedroom terraced cottage accommodating 6 guests in a quiet yet very central location just 4 minutes level walk from the historic Brixham Harbour, with all its wonderful eateries, shops and coastal walks.
There are 3 stunning coves and beaches within 15 minutes walk, an outdoor pool, half a dozen more beaches within 10 minutes drive and beautiful Dartmouth just a short ferry hop away.
The Little House is comfortable, peaceful and quiet, decorated in a fresh and quirky coastal scheme with plenty of books, games and DVDs.
Well behaved dogs welcome.
Downstairs is an open plan living room and dining room, a kitchen with oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, toaster, kettle and moka pot for coffee. There is also a w/c toilet downstairs.
The house has central heating controlled via a wireless thermostat, good wifi, and a smart TV with Amazon Firestick. On the first floor there is a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and electric shower, and two double bedrooms. The larger one has a double bed, the smaller one is a kids’ room with two full size single beds. All the beds have comfortable luxury Casper memory foam mattresses.
The second floor comprises a spacious third bedroom which also has a double bed. This staircase is slightly narrow and head height is slightly restricted in the eaves. Outside is a sunny private courtyard garden on two levels where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee.
Parking on the street outside is for residents only, you will be supplied with complimentary day visitor permits so that you can park here.
If you are coming by public transport, we are 20 yards from the nearest bus stop, which will connect you easily to the mainline train stations at Paignton and Newton Abbot.

The house is beautiful, clean, cosy yet bright and walkable to all the local spots Brixham has to offer. Check in was easy, as was the on street parking.
Lots of information left for the house & local activities etc. Lola was very responsive and offered help with restaurant recommendations and local knowledge.
House had everything we (2 adults, 2 teens) needed. Spacious bedrooms, comfy adult size beds and all the bits and pieces that makes a stay easy.

Really enjoyed our stay here.
